Future Lumorae Jobs and Roles
As Lumorae grows, the model is expected to create paid roles across areas such as administration, membership support, Pulse content, design, social media, prize fulfilment, housing coordination, property processing, Workwise placements, Lifeline support, finance, compliance, trades, repairs, Reset support and operational management.
Roles will become available in stages if funding, membership, partnerships and delivery routes develop. Lumorae is not recruiting for these roles yet, but job creation is part of the model being built.
